After graduating from The Alabama State University in 2011, I found myself at a crossroads, unsure of my next steps. But one thing was always clear: I wanted to help people. Over the years, I’ve gained a wealth of experience—from serving as a VP managing a million-dollar portfolio to leading over 65 team members as a regional director across Miami Dade and Broward County, and even working as a resource teacher across multiple grade levels. These roles taught me valuable lessons: I’m skilled at connecting with people, I communicate effectively, and I’m a natural problem solver.

I pray that God places the right people in your life, not only to support your dreams but to help bring them to fruition. May you find the strength to grow with intention through every challenge you face. I know your dreams are big—so big they might feel overwhelming—but remember, fear is nothing more than false evidence appearing real.
